? Manage Shanghai Office IT Infrastructure
? Act as point of contact and coordination for any IT issues
? Supervise and perform network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems administration, internet access, office systems and applications support).
? Supporting server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
? Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a windows network, with a strong emphasis on demonstrated knowledge and ability of the following skills:
? Highly developed verbal and written communications.
? Facilitation and change management skills.
? Handle multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
? Solid troubleshooting approach
? Current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
An MCSE qualification would be preferential. Desirable skills include, but are not limited to
? Microsoft Windows Server products
? VMware
? Juniper Firewalls
? Switches/routing/network topologies and Dell server hardware.
? Fonality Trixbox/Asterix based VOIP phone systems
