In Y2012, Ralph Lauren will open new flagship stores in the 1st-class CBD areas of Shanghai, Xi’an, Shenyang and Beijing. The flagship stores will probably include watch, fine jewelry, menswear, women wear and children wear, with premium product lines.

2012年，Ralph Lauren 将在上海、西安、沈阳和北京的一级中央商圈开设旗舰店。旗舰店将引入Ralph Lauren高端产品线，其中包括手表、珠宝、男装、女装和童装等。

Key Responsibilities主要职责

- Responsible for cashier, gift packaging, greeting customers, and other customer services.

负责收银、礼品包装、迎宾，以及其他顾客服务。

- Maintain good customer relationship.

维护客户关系。

- Assist Shop Associate to promote store sales.

促进店铺销售。

- Coordinate customer complaint.

协调顾客投诉。

Requirements要求

- About 3 years working experience be cashier in retail field.

三年左右零售行业收银经验。

- Presentable and approachable.

形象端庄，表达清晰。

- Careful person of integrity.

仔细认真，为人正直。

- Good communication skills and customer services skills.

具备良好的沟通技巧和顾客服务意识。
