About the company:
Our client is a globally active precious metal and technology Group.

Job Responsibilities:
 - Provide onsite visits to look at issues that require onsite attention include some special issue(e.g. Tax,Production, industry control computers )
 - Responsible for the local site level Network Switch room which includes WAN link and network infrastructure equipment
 - Cascade IT information, send IT communication to local site users
 - Collect local management and user feedback relates to IT services
 - Support onsite infrastructure projects roll out
 - Regional APAC remote support of client related topics which required technical knowledge of client end point, software or hardware configuration, troubleshooting and follow up
Miscellaneous tasks

Job Requirements:
 - Diploma in computer studies/information system holder from reputable polytechnic, or above in a related field
 - Experience in trouble shoot windows and windows installer related topics (Window 7 above)
 - At least 1 years of relevant experience in the field of IT
 - Experience in trouble shooting client related topics via remote support tools equips with technical knowledge of client end point and printers, software & hardware configuration, troubleshooting and follow up.
 - Infrastructure related knowledge (cloud services, data center, server, network, etc.)
 - Experience in working in a multi-site and multinational helpdesk environment
 - Technical certification (desirable) better, eg Microsoft professional - MCP /CCNP
