Position overview:
Indoor environmental consultant needed to conduct projects. Consultant identifies clients’ needs, delivers a suitable testing plan to determine any problems, supervises the testing, and then recommends appropriate solutions. All consultants should be able to conduct typical audits, but some are also specialists in mold, radon, building engineering, etc.
室内环境顾问需要跟进项目。顾问需要确认客户的需求，根据各种问题制定一个合适的测试计划、监督测试，然后推荐合适的解决方案。所有的顾问都需要具备跟进典型检测项目的能力，同时我们也需要一些具备霉菌、氡气和建筑工程等项目检测的专家。
Responsibilities工作职责:
1- Independently lead indoor environmental projects, including:
独立的引领室内环境规划:
o Home and office indoor environmental “health checks”
家庭与办公室环境的“体检”
o Mold investigations
霉菌调查
o Remediations
补救方案
2- Interact with clients during visits – explain process, determine any additional needs, and collect payments as necessary. Consultants will be supported by Sales, who will have previously gathered information about client situation.
与客户互动并解释测试过程，确认是否有附加要求，有必要时候需协助收款。销售部门会协助顾问了解客户的信息与情况。
3- Supervise lab sampling technicians during client visits and conduct specialized sampling as needed
监督技术人员进行样品采集并且使用特定的的样品进行检测。
4- Edit reports with analysis of test results and debrief clients (report drafts are created by Operations team)
根据测试结果书写检测报告并且向客户收集反馈意见（报告的模板由行政部门提供）
5- Recommend solutions (either remediation services or products) to clients
给予客户建议（无论是指导服务还是产品）
6- Additional duties may include sales, thought leadership (speaking to groups or writing articles), and industry-related research
附加职责包括：销售、思想先锋（通过团队讨论或分享亲笔文字），以及相关工业调查等等。
7- Calibrate, deploy ,and maintain equipment and technology
校准，使用以及维护仪器及技术
8- Other tasks as assigned by the Company

Requirements要求:
1- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as industrial hygienist (health and safety), environmental auditor, or environmental consultant; or 3 years of consulting or client-facing project management experience, if non-environmental related
至少两年的工业卫生（健康与安全），环境审查或环境顾问的工作经验;如果未从事过环境相关项目，则需要三年的顾问或管理与客户面对面交流项目的经验
2- Educational background in science (microbiology, industrial hygiene, chemistry) or environmental studies preferred; knowledge of standards and protocols
有科学相关的教育背景（微生物，工业卫生，化学），环境学优先；有标准与草案拟定的知识
3- Experience doing field work – building inspections, construction, scientific work in the field, auditing
有现场工作的经验：建筑检查，建造，科学工作，审计
4- Possess CIH, CIE, or other industrial hygiene or environmental auditor certifications
拥有CIH，CIE或者其他工业卫生或环境审查资质
5- Friendly and inquisitive customer-oriented personality; high attention to detail; able to work independently
以顾客为中心,友好,具有好奇心,注重细节,能够独立工作
6- Strong verbal and written English (most residential clients are native English speakers); high working level of spoken Mandarin (sampling technicians and commercial client sponsors are usually native Chinese speakers)
英文口语流利并能流利的运用英语写作(大多数的个人客户母语都为英语)；工作时能运用流利的普通话(样品技术员以及商业客户大多母语为中文)
7- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
精通微软Word和Excel。
