职位描述：
Job Responsibility
？ Assists in monitoring and management of production process, maintains efficiency of assembly line.
？ Solve process or quality problems during production.
？ Production equipments, fixture maintenance, repairing, improvement and troubleshooting.
？ Developed fiber jumper assembly/termination process, and start to mass production.
？ Assists to production line migration.
？ Assists SCP engineering department as process engineering function, and utilize SCP production line to make engineering samples.
？ Make the work instruction and the inspection instruction.
？ Assists in the layout of the assembly area.
？ Assists in disposal of non-confirming parts.
？ Assists in safety of production.
？ Responsible for promoting EMS and identifying environment aspects in production department. Assist in establish the system of ISO9000 and ISO14001.
？ Supporting to NPD, ECR in SCP Engineering or SCP related with PDM responsibility.
？ Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirement
？ Bachelor degree+, degree in an optic fiber or mechanical preferred.
？ 3+ years assembly experience of an international manufacturing company.
？ Good Command of English both in Writing and Oral.
？ Experience with assembly process, familiar with fiber assembly.
？ Experience with application of lean manufacturing techniques and systems.
？ Experience with application of lean manufacturing techniques and systems.
？ Good leadership skills and a good team player.
？ Ability to use Ms-office,
？ Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14001, know ISO18000.
