1)Compliance Data Entry Personnel(Ref Code:16644BR)

-Entry level personnel providing clerical and data entry support for RoHS department. Responsibilities include following activities:
? Enter suppliers' compliance data from various formats into IPC format or Excel.
? Recalculate substance concentrations to ppm.
? Verify accuracy of data entry (in IPC format or Excel) based on source data.
? Upload completed IPC forms or Excel spreadsheets into Agile system for approval.
? Generate compliance reports, identify parts with missing information and collect compliance data from suppliers.
? Data search in the database and data entry into spreadsheets for internal queries.

Education/ Experience/ Knowledge Qualification:
-Ability to comprehend instructions and quick learner.
-Detailed oriented and able to understand basic mathematic skills (e.g. convert data units from grams to milligrams, percent to parts per million).
-Possesses Microsoft Office (e.g. excel, Outlook) and electronic data processing entry skills.
-A minimum of 2 years' experience as a data entry/electronic data processing operator/personnel.
-Able to work independently under minimum of supervision.
-Good organization skill and accuracy required.
