Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
-Serve assigned customer on digital services delivery and provisioning professionally and proactively
-Coordinate with multiple digital product lines to manage service delivery, monitor and handle provisioning issue to ensure meeting the designated schedule and required service quality
-Review delivery and provisioning issues with related internal teams for service improvement and provide improvement action
-Attend customer service review meeting to ensure interactive communication and address customer concern
-Consolidate experience and cases for service review or sharing regularly for continuous service process and delivery practice improvement
-Deliver professional project management service to assigned projects (on need basis), including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
2. Financial related:
-Work with internal finance team closely to make sure project payment invoice has been settled on time
Requirements:
-Higher diploma in computer science, information technology or other related disciplines
-2 to 3 years account service management / project management experience, qualification of PMP is a strong plus
-Excellent knowledge on digital services & products, e.g. DMP, OTT tracking, Anti Fraud Technology
-Excellent communications, interpersonal, analytical, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills
-Strong management and leadership skills
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
