印刷工艺高级主管/Printing Process Supervisor
工作职责：
- 带领团队及时响应并解决工艺问题，优化工艺过程，改善质量、产能和生产力；
- 制定、更新并及时调整SOP中的工艺参数和生产过程条件，规范过程方法；
- 负责新产品开发过程中的印刷工艺技术、工艺标准制定；
- 负责印刷工艺技术改良工作；
- 针对客户反馈问题，进行持续跟踪改进工作；
- 负责印刷包装领域新技术动态的调研工作；
- 协助上级领导制定研发中心整体工作规划，并协助其他部门完成相关技术工作。
职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，印刷、包装及相关专业；
- 3年以上印刷相关岗位工作经验；
- 熟悉印刷工艺流程，了解印刷包装领域的前沿技术
- 针对产品工艺技术问题，拥有独立并创造性解决问题的能力；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，并对产品持续改良，有精益求精的敬业精神；
- 有较强的沟通、协调执行能力，及良好的语言和书面表达能力
