This is an opportunity to significantly impact an organization. Our customers have yearly purchasing volume of more than 5 billion USD and are constantly looking for opportunities to increase their share of sourcing from China. We are currently managing a project portfolio of 10-15 projects. In order to manage and grow this portfolio we are looking for an experienced engineer that besides managing the projects is also responsible for the customer interface. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Identify the opportunities of potential projects to be sourced in China
? Screen supplier market
? Identifying the potential suppliers’ price level
? Identifying the potential supplier long list
? Pre-evaluate and visit selected suppliers from CUSP side
? Arrange and assist in joint supplier visit together with customers
? Re-evaluate potential suppliers from short list
? Jointly select the right suppliers
? Re/pre-negotiate with final selected suppliers
? Coach suppliers for customers’ procurement process before tender
? Assist suppliers through customers’ tender process
? Assist customers in different auditing processes including quality, technical, HSE, CSR etc.
? Assist in suppliers’ delivery in line with customers’ contract requirements
? Assist customers in all the necessary quality control tests and factory acceptance tests
? Assist in suppliers continuous development and relationship management

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering
? Minimum three to five years working experience in sourcing or related position
? International Project Management experience
? Good business acumen and effective negotiation skills
? Good social skills and team player
? Highly organized and detail oriented
? Excellent written and oral English & Chinese communication skills 举报 分享
