Overall purpose of the job
Manage Human Resources function by developing the HR strategy aligned to business mission, goals and objectives
Main responsibilities
? Responsible to lead and ensure the proper implementation of HQ HR programs
? Perform the role of adviser, consultant and councilor to management and staff
? Develops strong partnership with business leaders and proactively alerts and addresses labor and potential colleagues’ issues
? Demonstrates competent knowledge of compensation and benefits philosophy and methodology with full understanding of local statutory requirements and market practices
? Support the accomplishment of business, people management and development goals by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force
? Builds and maintains positive industrial relations with colleagues, labor bureau and labor union
? Develop strategies and action plans to correct operational problems relating to staff, such as turnover, retention, morale, etc.
? Facilitate performance management and talent development and succession plan
? Establish relationships with external organizations, vendors, etc.
? Manage ER issues
Qualification and requirement
? At least 10 years working experience in HR related functions with 3-5 years in a management position
? Analytical and problem solving
? Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
? Ability to interact with people
? Strong knowledge of Local Labor and Employment Regulation
? Bachelor’s degree
