一家知名五百强化工外资企业现在急需找RO Improvement Engineer，具体要求如下：

Primary Responsibilities:
Works with the Operations Leader, the Run Plant Engineer, maintenance and operators to lead the process of identifying, developing, evaluating, and prioritizing improvement opportunities that are aligned with the Plant Specific Technology Plan, thereby closing local performance gaps and increasing Asset Capability.
Is the leader of the plant improvement team to capture improvement opportunities. Validates and prioritizes the opportunities with the local improvement leader and the site leadership team.
Assists the operations team during periods of high workload, such as shutdowns or severe unplanned events.
Provides leadership from an operations and manufacturing perspective on implementation of small expense or capital projects aimed at increasing throughput, quality, and reliability. Acts as subject matter expert (SME) as part of startup team for projects on the site.
Ensures that projects are compliant with the appropriate Dow work processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and that all documentation is properly updated.
Uses Six Sigma methodologies and Lean tools to analyze and interpret data, and to make continuous improvements in the fabrication area.
Assists the local Improvement Leader to implement globally supported projects as identified in the Plant Specific Technology Plan.
Participates in global meetings with technical resources to ensure transfer of technology and improvement ideas. These meeting often occur outside of normal working hours.


Knowledge and skills
Knowledge of Dows internal and Site Policies (For external candidates – this will have to be modified)
Knowledge of EH&S work process.
Technical knowledge of general Reverse Osmosis process.
Knowledge of the TICA, Reliability, and GPM work processes.
External candidates – Knowledge of Project Development, Front End Loading or capital project planning and execution work processes
Knowledge of Six sigma and Lean tools.
Must be proficient to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral

Identifies/prioritizes improvement opportunities, develops solutions for effective implementation, and delivers these improvements in a timely manner.

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 years work experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering position.
Green Belt Project (or equivalent ) Certified.
Valid Passport and ability to travel to the United States for training purposes
