一家知名五百强化工外资企业现急需找RO Fabrication Lead Operator 反渗透膜原件组装班组长，具体要求如下：

The purpose of the job or role – why it exists:岗位存在的目的:
Under the supervision of the Operations Leader, and together with the Run Plant Engineer, maintenance, and the activity coordinator, the Lead Operator will make sure that the shift and equipment are performing at the desired expectations as they relate to safety, quality and productivity.

He uses operation knowledge and experience to provide technical and mechanical problem solving to optimize run-time and productivity. The RO Fabrication Lead Operator will also operate the fabrication equipment as needed to keep the cell in operation during break times.

Primary Responsibilities:主要职责
Schedules the priorities and the job rotation for the team at the start of the shift. 负责班组内的生产排班及生产事宜的安排
Monitors the performance of the fabrication cell and trouble shoots any problems. 监控组装线的性能，排除故障
Works with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed during the shift that will meet production reschedule. 在当班的过程中，与团队紧密合作以确保完成所有生产任务并满足生产计划
Monitors, collects and input plant KPI’s for the production performance measurements. ( eg Production Boards)监控，收集，输入工厂KPI以进行生产能力衡量
Performs routine and non-routine maintenance on equipment and works with the on-shift maintenance technician for more complex problems. 对设备进行例行和非例行的维护，和倒班维修工一起解决复杂的问题
Operates all of the equipment as needed and especially for break relief and sickness coverage. 能够操作所有设备，尤其在其它人员工间休息和有人员请病假的情况下
Ensures that Safety checks and 5S and LEAN actions are completed for the shift. 确保当班过程中完成安全巡检和、及与5S和LEAN相关的事宜
Works with the run plant engineer to identify improvement opportunities. 和生产工程师一起寻求改进机会
Trains and coaches new employees.培训和指导新员工
Is the spokesperson for the shift and participates in meetings and RCI’s as needed. 如有需要，作为班组的主要发言人，参加会议和根本原因调查


Knowledge and skills知识和技能
Knowledge of EH&S work process. 了解EHS工作流程
Detailed knowledge of the Fabrication process for RO modules. 了解反渗透膜原件的具体生产流程
Is able to utilize the PLC screens, and understand the ladder logic.能够运用机电一体化屏幕，理解ladder logic
Is Able to quickly and effectively solve complex mechanical assembly production issues. 能够快速有效的解决复杂的机械组装生产问题
Has knowledge of pneumatics, power and free conveyance systems, servo motors.有气体，电动，传输系统和伺服电机的专业知识
Is able to analyse equipment data to improve performance and reduce defects. 能够分析设备数据以改进性能和减少过失

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements教育/资质/经验
College Diploma with 2 years+ manufacturing experience.
大专及以上学历，2年以上的生产经验
Be able to communicate in English is a plus. 能够用英语熟练交流者优先
