Job Responsibilities:
1.According to BU strategy, combined with responsible area and customer base, put forward the suggestion of sales target, participate in the development of the responsible customer group sales target and budget.
2.Preparation of sales plan and forecast, decomposition of sales target and distribution customer resources, lead account manager to achieve sales and collection targets, control sales expense to reasonable level; to identify customer contact between the complex relationship, meet the reasonable needs of the individual and corporate customers, effective collaboration on downstream stakeholders.
3. Responsible for the recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluation and interview, motivate and retain team members;
4.Visit customers, and tap the potential business requirements, provide suitable solutions by our existing platform and products, persuade and promote customers to make a purchase decision.
5.Timely and properly resolve customer complaints, do a good job of customer service, maintain good customer relations, the development of client internal organizational structure.
6. Strictly implement the sales policy, standardize the operation of quotation and contract signing.
7.Put forward the proposal for the marketing consultant and project manager to improve business efficiency, support MKT department to hold successful events.
8. Temporary task assigned by account director.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Bachelor or above degree, Pharmaceutical and marketing related major.
2.More than 3 years of working experience, including 2 years of sales experience, more than 1 years sales management experience.
3.familiar with the health care market, understand the needs of doctors, patients and pharmaceutical companies.
4.interested in e-marketing, familiar with a variety of Internet products.
5.complex sales experience preferred.
6.Analytical ability & Planning ability.
7.Influence power ,Personnel management ability & Interpersonal relationship ability.
