Role Summary:

This opportunity will give insight to a fast-growing global internet business and a unique opportunity to learn about our business from some of the industry’s best people. We are seeking to give you maximum exposure and hands-on experience to important parts of our business to assist in your development. You will have the opportunity to hone your business and commercial skills.

You will be rotated into 6 different teams during the 1 year’s program, working on live projects and getting on and off-the job training supported by a network of colleagues, managers, mentors and our HR team.

This position will be based in our Shanghai office and belong to Partner Services department.


Possible rotations include:
- Credit Controller
- Customer/Accommodation Service Executive
- Marketing Executive
- Hotels Chains and Connectivity Coordinator
- Content Specialist
- Language Specialist
- Partner Support Executive
 

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for ambitious and internationally minded talents to participate in our Graduate Traineeship. You are expecting to contribute to our success from day one and therefore we are looking for committed candidates who are ready to accept this challenge!

- Are motivated to achieve the best results for your team;
- Have strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills, critical thinking;
- Are enthusiastic to work in a large e-commerce and dynamic environment;
- Are eager to learn, pro-active, responsible, independent and customer oriented;
- You are fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Willingness to relocate to other cities in China will be a plus;
- Season recruiting requirement: formal graduation date in July 2018.
