工作职责 Responsibilities：
1、每月根据销售任务，分配每位顾问当月销售任务和目标，完成个人及中心整体销售任务；
2、负责团队人员分工、资源分配、任务分解、指导、检查等日常组织管理工作，提高约访率，签约率；
3、负责团队技能培训和人才培养，提升团队成员的业务能力和专业水平；

 
职位要求Requirements：
1、丰富的面对面咨询和电话咨询经验，较强的市场敏锐度和团队合作能力；
2、大专及以上学历，有过2年以上少儿教育培训行业咨询经验，1年以上团队管理经验，懂得如何带领和培养课程顾问；
3、有强烈进取心，能承受工作压力、完成销售任务；
4、较强的团队管理能力，能调动起团队成员的积极性;善于与不同部门沟通；
5、热爱儿童教育行业，喜欢与孩子及家长沟通，能带领校区销售咨询团队完成业绩指标； 举报 分享
