POSITION TITLE: Program Manager – SaaS Applications
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
REPORTING TO (TITLE ONLY): Regional Leader Applications, Business Development

POSITION EVALUATION DATE:
POSITION SUMMARY
? Own, plan, design and execute demand generation campaigns (via phone, email, social media) to drive Oracle Saas applications revenue streams across the assigned region
? Work with key stakeholders to define target segments and local strategies in support of product/solution objectives and to ensure alignment of programs to business requirements
? Track, monitor, refine and report on campaign outcomes
KEY RESULT AREAS
? Execution of 6 campaigns per quarter
? Liaison with APAC program office, Marketing and Sales to ensure support for content delivery
? Reporting and analysis of results to measure success of the programs
? Scheduling of resources per campaign project plan
? Target list segmentation and allocation
? Extend campaigns through use of social selling tools
? Drive incremental pipeline for Oracle’s Cloud based Applications:
? Contribution to 3x cover to address pipeline gaps
? Influence region’s SaaS Applications revenue
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Qualification and Competencies)
? Minimum 3 years of practical experience in program management, lead generation or marketing assistant role within an IT or High Tech environment
? Ability to work in a team and metrics-driven environment
? Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
? Excellent cross-team collaboration, communication and organisational skills
? Creative and innovative thinking
? Experience in a fast paced environment and the ability to deliver to ambitious deadlines
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
? An entrepreneurial spirit
? Ability to deliver high-quality work
? Tertiary qualification essential
