Senior System Administrator




Required skills:
? Production experience with running services on:
o Flavors of Linux like OEL, Red Hat Linux
o Solaris on modern Sun equipment
? Virtualization technologies (Xen)
? General UNIX troubleshooting and administration
? Computer networking (TCPIP, DNS, NIS, etc)
? Experience dealing with customer relationships
? Able to work with different internal teams for project work
? General Understanding of relational databases
? General scripting knowledge using k-shell, bash-shell, or Perl is preferable
? Knowledge of Window OS would be an added advantage


Senior Storage Administrator



Required skills:
? Production experience with running services on:
o Flavors of Linux like OEL, Red Hat Linux
o NAS storage appliances(Netapp, Sun 7k, emc)
o Well-versed with NAS technologies like Snapshot, cloning, replication, snapmirroring
o Migrating data from one storage appliance to another appliance using storage techonologies
o ZFS
o Solaris on modern Sun equipment
o Computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, NIS, etc)
o General UNIX troubleshooting and administration
o Computer networking (TCPIP, DNS, NIS, etc)
o Experience dealing with customer relationships
o Able to work with different internal teams for project work
Desired skills:
? Tape backup technologies like OSB, netbackup
? Tape Library management
? Experience on SAN
? Virtualization technologies (Xen)
? General Understanding of relational databases
? General scripting knowledge using k-shell, bash-shell, or Perl is preferable
? Knowledge of Window OS would be an added advantage






Senior Network Engineer



Requirements

? Bilingual in English as well as local language
? Experience installing, troubleshooting and configuring the following platforms:
o Cisco Switching
o Cisco Nexus platform
o Cisco ASA firewalls
o Juniper Firewalls
o Juniper Routers
o F5 LTM/GTM
? Understanding of the following protocols:
o BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and other internal routing protocols
o VLAN trunking and VPC
o MPLS, Dedicated circuits, Dark Fiber
o IPSeC VPNs
? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
? Excellent English written and communication skills
? Strong sense of urgency to meet critical Customer deadlines
? Familiarity with working in a global organization of multiple languages


    Desired skills
? Hands on experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
? Implementing fully redundant enterprise level LANs,WANs
? Ability to work on and deliver multiple project in parallel
? Python scripting
? Automation and provisioning tools and technologies
? Documentation and network diagraming
? Certifications in Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP­SP , CCISP , or other data comm. certifications.
? Knowledge of Linux and Windows networking


Oracle Database Administrator


Required skills:
? BS Computer Science or equivalent qualification
? 5 + years of experience working in deploying and maintaining the Enterprise applications on complex, high-volume production virtualized environments and Operations experience in supporting them 24x7.
? 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS 11g,12c technologies like RAC,ASM,RMAN and data guard.
? Good knowledge of Oracle security, VPD etc.
? Good troubleshooting skills required and ability to handle production support.
? Sound knowledge of Oracle Database Performance tuning.
? Sound knowledge of RMAN backup and recovery procedure
? Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines by keeping a cool head under pressure.
? Nice to have knowledge in addressing Infrastructure (Network, Storage, Servers, Virtualization, OS) and application issues with intermediate knowledge in Systems/Application Administration.
? Some Programming / scripting experience (Java, Python/ Unix Scripting) and be comfortable with using SQL.
? Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
? Willingness to learn new technologies and open to work in rotating weekend and evening shifts on demand


Desired skills:
? Good Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware (11g / 12c) technologies including but limited to Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Http Server, SOA Suite, Enterprise Manager.
? Complex troubleshooting skills including Thread dump/ heap dump analysis, performance benchmarking.
? Knowledge of DevOps tools like Chef / MCollective and hands-on experience in automating Infrastructure and Service provisioning.
