Task description: 职位描述：
Be able to design the automotive electronic and electric components independently, including lighting system, wire harness, air condition, drive assistance system etc.
独立设计汽车电子，电器零部件，包括车灯，线束，汽车空调和辅助驾驶系统等
Collaborate with global engineering, purchasing, SPE, manufacturing to lead full system design and execution with supply base.
与工程，采购，SPE，制造合作设计全系统
Drive continuous improvement (cost, quality, function).
推动持续改进（成本、质量、功能）
Full technical review and product integration negotiation with customer teams.
与客户团队全面的技术审查和产品整合谈判。
Establish work plan across projects to on time deliver PD outputs (DFMEA, DVP, MCAD, ECAD, Drawings, SC/CC lists and component approvals.
项目中建立工作计划按时PD输出（DFMEA、DVP、MCAD、ECAD，图纸，SC / CC列表和零部件认证。
Deliver new product launches to PDS process.
提供新产品给PDS工艺。
Requirements: 任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
Have several years’ experience in automotive industry
拥有多年汽车行业工作经验
Good team player with outstanding communication skills
优秀的团队合作精神以及沟通能力
Creativity for technical solutions
有创造性的技术解决方案
Good English written and spoken, German language preferred
良好的英语书写和口语能力，德语优先
