• Formulation and implementation closure product development plan and confirm technical status
  制定实施闭合件产品开发方案并确认技术状态
• Responsible for function definition of closure product and performance requirements
  负责制定开闭件产品的功能定义及性能要求
• Documentation of inspection processes and creation of control plan
  检验工艺文件和控制计划的文档创建
• Management of design change process base on custom process.
  根据客户的流程，完成设计变更及数据发放

Requirements:
任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
  机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
• Have several years’ experience in automotive industry
  拥有多年汽车行业工作经验
• Experience in layout and design of closure parts and components：lock system, striker, outer handle, hinge, door stopper, seal system, window regulator，glass etc.
  具有门锁、锁扣、外拉手、铰链、限位器、密封条、升降器、门窗玻璃等一个或者多个系统的设计和布置经验
• Good team player with outstanding communication skills
  优秀的团队合作精神以及沟通能力
• Creativity for technical solutions
  有创造性的技术解决方案
• Good English written and spoken, German language preferred
  良好的英语书写和口语能力，德语优先
