职位描述
Title:Finance Manager
Report to:GM(Foriegner)
Requirements:
1. B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
2. Local PRC / IFRS GAAP.
3. 10 years as accounting / finance manager at multinational companies in China.
4. 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
5. 5 years of management experience.
6. CPA /ACCA license is preferred.
7. Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, such as Tip-Top or SAP.
8. Communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
9. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Job Descriptions:
1. Overall responsibility for the Finance Department currently with 3-5 subordinates.
2. Manage, monitor and ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with required local regulations and accounting principles as well as Group accounting guidelines.
3. Manage cash flow and monitor cash balance to ensure sufficient cash is available to support normal business operations.
4. Operational fund management for short, middle and long term development.
5. Responsible for all management, financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, performance analysis and related strategic planning activities.
6. Tax Optimization.
7. Coordinate with external auditors to perform annual audit and generate Audit Report.
8. Assist Group financial controller on special projects.
9. In charge of legal matters regarding tax issues and A/R collection.
10. Support local management by providing timely information and management suggestions to run operations effectively and efficiently.
11. Local PRC GAAP/China Accounting Standards compliance and reporting, including working with local auditors and agents to ensure compliance with LL requirements.
