Job Content 工作内容
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 主要职责 / 责任
1. Act as local contact for ESH issues with local authorities
2. Co-ordinate ESH audits and define site audit requirements within the guidelines
3. Performance measurement analysis and reporting (when required monthly, yearly) to management
4. Co-ordinate safety, health and environmental activities
5. Interpret and translate Plant and Corporate targets into local performance indicators
6. Provide ESH information for communication by line management
7. Define audit areas, procedures and systems for effective auditing and ESH management
8. Liaison with local authorities and local stakeholders promoting a positive image of ESH
9. Ensure knowledge of local and HQ legislation is up to date and implemented
10. Execute programs in the field of ESH
11. Audit the compliance of ESH performance
12. Assist line managers with any incidents investigation
13. Stop any unsafe behaviors
14. Proactively advise and coach and train line management, employees and contractors in ESH

Authorities 权力
1. Classification of incidents, accidents etc.
2. Access to all information, systems, installation, communication regarding ESH&Security
3. Advise management and BG on ESH&Security issues.
4. Advised of and access to all ESH&Security information for the site.
5. Auditing authority for the ESH&Security compliance .
6. Stop any unsafe behaviors.

1. Quality of ESH advice, ESH systems and ESH records on site
2. Quality of Security advice, Security systems and Security records on site
3. Correct and timely execution of programs
4. Coordination of audits and implementation
5. ESH and Security improvement programs and implementation
6. Reporting (quality and timing) to plant and stakeholders
7. Management of ESH and Security Procedures

Knowledge and Educational Level 知识和教育水平
Knowledge：Major in Chemical Technology
Education Level：Bachelor or above

Required Levels of Experiences 所需的工作经验
1. 5-8 years of experience in relating or similar roles/sectors are preferred to carry out the job
2. English, advanced
3. Chemical process, moderate
4. Facility knowledge, moderate
