职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities职责：
？ Download the customer demand from the system，and confirm the delivery orders base on customer’s requirements; 下载客户的预测，并按照客户的要求确认交货订单；
？ Verify the forecast whether the fluctuation of forecast under the 20% as contract (some customer is 15%); 接到预测后校验预测的波动是否在20%以内；
？ Make the master planning in ERP system， base on the customer release;根据客户的预测，在ERP系统中安排主生产计划；
？ Release material requirements via SupplyWeb system and confirm with supplier for the shipping schedule; 通过SupplyWeb系统, 发布零件需求并和供应商确认交货计划；
？ Working with warehouse to ensure FIFO for the materials and FGs; 与仓库一起工作，确保原料和成品的先进先出；
？ Focus on inventory level， Make sure components delivery at the right time with right quantity at right place;关注库存的控制，确保物料按照计划量准时到达；
？ Clean the blocked material in two weeks with related departments;和相关部门在2周内处理不合格品；
？ Coordinate equipment issues and products quality issues in production process, make sure 100% meet customers requirement; 协调生产过程中的设备问题和产品质量问题，确保百分之百满足客户需求；
？ Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues;计划和安排确保他管理的员工和同事的安全健康的工作的维护；
？ Inform employees of known or potential health hazards and risks, complying with legislative requirements and providing, maintaining proper work procedures, practices, standards and rules;通知员工知道潜在的安全危险和风险，遵循立法的要求，提供和维护正确的操作流程，活动，标准和法规；
？ Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and housekeeping rules and regulations;根据健康，安全和工厂的规整制度，确保所有的工作功能遵守安全和健康的习惯；
？ Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines; 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针；
？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure; 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行；
？ Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。

Qualifications任职资格：

？ College diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production and Inventory Control or similar education;机械工程,生产存货控制或相关专业大专以上学历；
？ 2 years experience as a Material or Production Control Manager ideally in the automotive industry environment with 1 years E.D.I. experience; 物料或生产控制部门2年工作经验，最好在汽车行业有1年E.D.I.工作经验；
？ Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English; 能流利地用英语交流（包括书写和口语）；
？ Must be able to relate/communicate well with people at all levels (Supervisory skills); 能很好的与各个层次的交流联系（管理能力）；
？ Must have good organizational skills, be a self starter and a team player ;良好的组织能力和自发意识和团队合作意识；
？ Experienced in supplier management and know the automotive project management;有供应商管理经验和了解汽车行业的项目管理；
？ Strong responsibility and Work carefully; 责任心要强，工作要细心；
？ Must be very familiar with J.I.T., M.R.P., Synchronous Manufacturing, TS16949 / QS-9000 and ISO14001 Procedures ; 精通J.I.T., M.R.P、同步制造、TS16949 / QS-9000和ISO14001程序；
？ In-depth knowledge of MRP/ERP systems as they apply to the automotive environment, CMI knowledge preferred; 熟悉MRP/ERP系统使适应汽车行业，有计算机教学管理知识的优先；
？ Good PC skills and related software(Excel, Word, et.);熟练使用电脑和相关软件；
