埃森哲内包流程工作,负责埃森哲内部员工入离职流程,与EALA地区(中东、欧洲、法国、西班牙等)部门负责人确认入离职信息,follow process,在人事系统进行更新。要求英语熟练。
工作地点:软件园15号楼
Job Summary
The Analyst is responsible to implement personnel administration processes in field HR support team in AEE HR. This position is expected to support several processes, e.g. termination, probation, contract renewal, etc. for APAC Geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and coaching to the HR People Advisors on the Field HR Process where requiredHelp to manage the promotion, and organizational transfer processes across entitiesLiaise with Global team to make sure that local practice is customized correctlyConduct regular audit to meet the Internal Control requirementsResponsible for executing the ad hoc field HR projects when it is necessary
Systems / Standards
Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards
Customer Services
Ensuring that all employee enquiries are responded in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels
Teamwork
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
Auditing
Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent with preference for concentration in Human ResourcesMinimum
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Some knowledge of HR process implementation
Some knowledge of country labor laws
Career Management
Ability to effectively interface with multiple geographies and cultures
Issue identification, escalation and resolution
Demonstrated ability to set and meet objectives
