Job Summary
Serves as the key contact for Global and Alliance Management Directors providing guidance, support, and expertise for operations processes and tools to improve productivity and increase focus on driving vendor (Cash & In-Kind) investment program. Based on acknowledged expertise, provides feedback to the input of the improvement, implementation and maintenance of Operations Support Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acknowledged expertise and guidance to global requestors of vendor investment, including Cash and In-Kind Investment
- Work with Legal and Formation to process Vendor Investment, incl contract negotiation, contract renew, vendor investment terms, etc.
- Work with external vendor contacts when needed to set vendor investment process and payment schedule
- Work with MD&I team to create funding elements and generate regular reporting
- Assist Alliance Management Leads to forecast, control and track vendor investment funding
- Regular EAC refresh investment funding and forecast update
- Conduct vendor investment activities including review funding coverage, charges and proof of costs
- Lead reviewing and approval approach for vendor investment funding usage
- Work with Alliance VI Finance team to process invoicing, pre-reimbursement and reimbursement
- Work with Account Receivable team to collect vendor funding payment
- Supports Alliance Management Lead by proactively communicating issues and status regularly to Operations Lead
- Complies with and fully understands Vendor Investment related policies and requirements
- Complies with and fully understands Operations Model related policies and procedures
- Works effectively within and contributes to a team-oriented environment
