职位描述：
Japanese Project Associate Director/Director
(工作地点：大连)

Responsibilities:

1.Develop new business opportunities and expand existing business
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and partners.
3.Effectively establish a delivery team based on any business needs
4.Manage the execution of project activities as per the defined procedure and standards, provide direction and oversight regarding the resource, scope, cost, schedule, quality and tracking, ensure timely project delivery with excellent quality
5.Provide coaching and performance appraisal for team members


Requirement:
1.Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation and business development/management from a revenue and cost perspective.
2.15+ years of experience in Project/People Management.
3.Good knowledge in at least one of the following skills: SAP, SFDC, Digital, Cyber Security.
4.Rich experience in delivering Japanese projects.
5.Deep understandings on Japanese culture, prefer at least 2 years’ work/study experience in Japan.
6.Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
7.Passion on technique and solving difficult business issues for clients.
8.Professional, Positive, and Active.
