职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
As a customer support engineer to provide technical support to customers in Hong Kong via phone. Service window is 5*8, by following Hong Kong calendar.
The qualified candidate must have product knowledge and troubleshooting skill on CISCO Lan Switch products, and Routers etc.

Requirement:
? Have knowledge and experience of networking devices like routers or L2/L3 switches.
? Demonstrate knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals is absolutely required. Knowledge of and experience with routing/switching protocols.
? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to handle critical customer issues in crisis situations, and the ability to work under pressure are all required.
? Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
? Typically requires BS in CS or EE or equivalent plus 2 - 5 years' Networking related experience and CCNP/CCIE desired OR 3 years' Networking related experience and CCIE required

? Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot medium to large networks.
? As a technical expert in at least one area with excellent broad knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
? Effectively planning, prioritization and organizing skills. Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork.
? Utilization of an increasing understanding of business strategies and drivers to guide activities.
? Proven crisis management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in small projects and teams.

Communication:
? Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Cantonese, interpersonal and presentation skills.
? Ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
? Shares information and communicates clearly with worldwide team members to improve team effectiveness.
? Produces and shares intellectual property in the most productive manner for internal audiences and customers.
? Encourages and accepts feedback.
