Job Description

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Additional assignments such as supporting specific BU needs might occur – in such event the Project Manager is expected to drive such agreement and ensure BU needs are met.

? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

? Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

? Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

? Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and

influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and

presentations.

? Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

? Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

? Support management decisions and directions for the team.

Qualification

?Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science

? Expertise and knowledge in the online space (web, database marketing, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies

? 5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface

? Proficiency in MS Office include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

? Medium skill level using Photoshop

? Knowledge in computer literacy such as HTML coding, and other programming is a plus

? Excellent written/oral communications in English, able to speak and write other languages is an advantage

? Strong project management skills, Meticulous-mind and able to work independently

? Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results, Meticulous-mind and able to work independently

? Meticulous-mind and able to work independently, Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills

? Ability to bridge financial results to operational performance
