职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、负责项目的技术和质量把关；
2、负责编制施工组织设计及分阶段的实施方案，并能合理解决施工中遇到的工程、安全技术
等问题；
3、熟练掌握专业施工图内容并应用于现场管理；
4、熟悉施工工艺及质量管理体系，掌握建筑施工操作规范的专业知识；
5、对分包队伍的人员、进度、基数、安全和质量等方面的管理；
6、协助上级领导完成其他交办的工作。

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业；
2、5年以上室内装饰相关领域施工工作经验，具有中级以上职称者优先；
3、熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；
4、精通工程项目进度管理、项目的各项费用支出管理及成本控制管理；
5、富有责任心、事业心及团队合作精神。
