职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责组织、编制开发项目的施工图预算；
2、 审核开发项目的竣工结算和审计；
3、 参与工程施工、材料和设备招标、投资控制；
4、 能处理施工队发生额外费用项目的审核工作和结算；
5、 审核设计图纸，掌握施工现场进展情况，编制追加项目，发现问题；
6、 不断建立和完善建设项目的竣工结算制度。

任职要求：
1、 建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业大专以上学历，有预算员资格或注册造价师资格；
2、 熟悉本行业施工技术规范，能够正确计算工程量并熟练套用各类定额；
3、 具备工程预、决算和工程管理的的专业知识；
4、 掌握新技术，了解新材料和国内工程造价动态；
5、 责任心强，有敬业精神，能吃苦，能根据工作需要安排进行加班；
6、 英语听、说、读、写能力强者优先。 举报 分享
