职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责Cdiscount平台店铺的维护和运营，及时处理订单；
2、负责平台Cdiscount的产品上传、编辑和优化；
3、熟悉关键词优化，以及产品推广；
4、妥善处理客户投诉与纠纷，提高买家满意度，保持账号良好运行状态；
5、处理客户订单，整理出货数据，后续跟进等相关工作；
6、收集市场情报，分析竞争对手，找出差距进行产品优化更新。
任职要求：
1、有操作Cdiscount销售账号半年及以上经验，熟悉Cdiscount运营规则；
2、大专及以上学历，要求法语专业，具备英文听说写能力者优先；
3、熟悉Cdiscount后台操作，熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件；
4、有责任心，有良好的抗压能力和心理承受能力。 举报 分享
