职位描述：

Description : To achieve Retail Banking business target through the implementation of channel development and relationship maintenance & channel management.
Measures and Targets :
- Explore new channels, including but not limit to Easi-Study, Easi-Housing, merchants, schools, superior corps and other potential partnership.
- Build up strong collaborative and strategic connections with all existing partners, help frontline to generate hot leads, boost up qualified NTB acquisition and new fund by improving agent referral productivity.
- Leverage multiple alliance resources to support and organize selected themed & high value Micro-Marketing Events to get more NTB & deposit. To optimize contribution of each channel by initiating effective market campaigns and tracking sales productivity from time to time.
- Visit channels regularly to make investigation and collect feedback to make sure the smooth business operations and also to find more business opportunities for product enhancement.
- To coordinate sales resources by working closely with city sales teams to drive QPC &AUM growth. Train up BDE sales for channels development and maintenance knowledge and skills. Conduct joint visit with BDE.
- To keep abreast with latest bank policy, changes in regulations/compliances, budget controls as well as current market trends, clients needs, especially competitor strategies.
- Regular review as per DOI and exceptional cases investigation and following up.
- Commission verification & payment(PO/Payment notice & invoice collection)
