职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、Ensure T1 customers receiving process is smooth and timely and give the feedback in time;

2、Work closely with T1 customers ，timely communication to solve the problems about goods packaging，product part number etc.;

3、Collect and manage T1 customer information and complaints and support customer‘s assembly line;

4、Provide timely and efficent suppprt and services，in order to improve T1 customer satisfaction;

5、After-sale quality information，satistical analysis and improvement;

6、Responsible for sending and taking back sample parts for urgent time;

7、Focus on Overdue，RFQ about T1 customers；

8、Collect information（SOP time，EOP time，Vehicle launch）

9、Responsible for Wuhan and Chongqing area. 举报 分享
