DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

？ Responsible for the development of the monthly and weekly production plan based on customer orders and forecast to ensure on time delivery while achieving an acceptable level of production efficiency.

？ Communicating this plan customer service, sales, purchasing and production

？ Handling insertion request and planning in sample production request from engineering.

？ Working with production to ensure that scheduled production completion dates are met and setting priorities in situations where demand exceeds capacity.

？ Ensuring that customer delivery schedules are met and providing timely feedback to customer service, sales and purchasing.

？ Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that they are maintained at the optimum level and working with various departments to reduce slow moving stock.

？ Conducting material review board meetings on a monthly basis to ensure the effective management of inventory, and non-conforming products

？ Prepare and maintain various planning documents and reports for submission to management

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

？ Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering

？ Strong analysis, organization, problem solving and decision making skills

？ Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a production planning role in a manufacturing environment.

？ Person must have good experience in both Manual and computer based planning systems

？ Good communication skills able to work with various levels
