职位描述：

按照公司财务政策和作业程序，负责其他应付款方面相关原始凭据和文件的核对及账务处理，负责员工费用报销审核与账务处理.
主要职责:1.审核所有非原材料付款凭证，检查是否附有发票、内控相关单据及是否得到适当的批准程序等，以确保符合内控程序；
2.每日及时在ERP系统中记载凭证，依据准确的职业判断，记录每笔费用发生；
3.及时，准确的对到期付款提出申请，以确保所有付款均按帐期如期支付；
4.随时维护供应商明细，检查付款申请的事项是否真实准确，并保持跟踪；
5.付款后及时核销，负责对有疑问的供应商的余额进行核查对账；
6.负责员工费用报销凭证的审核及立账，检查单据的正确性，合理性及是否得到适当的批准程序，以确保符合公司政策；
7.其他临时安排的工作；
技能要求:1.具会计从业资格证书，初级会计师资格；
2.熟悉ERP，擅长Excel工具；
3.熟悉企业会计准则和税法；
4.良好的人际关系及沟通技巧，能与客户、合作伙伴进行有效的沟通交流；
5.良好的英语表达能力，普通话流利，会其它方言者优先。

Summarized Accountability:？ According to the company''s financial policy and procedures, responsible for other payable related to the original credentials and documents of verification and accounting treatment, responsible for staff reimbursement audit and accounting treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Review all non-material payment vouchers, check whether the attached invoice, supporting documents, and if approved by the appropriate application, etc., to ensure compliance with internal control procedures;

3.Timely and accurate to apply payment at maturity, in order to ensure that all payment according to the bill payment as scheduled;
4.Maintain a detailed supplier at any time, check payment application is truthful and accurate, and keep tracking;
5.After payment verification in time, be responsible for to inspect the balance of questionable supplier reconciliation;
6.Responsible for staff reimbursement vouchers of audit and check the correctness of the documents, rationality and whether approved by the appropriate procedures, to ensure compliance with company policy. Other work assigned by the;
Functional Requirements:
1.The accountant from job seniority certificate, junior accountant qualification;
2.Be familiar with ERP, good at Excel tool;
3.Be familiar with the enterprise accounting standards and tax law;
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to effective communication with customers, partners, exchange;
5.Good English communication skills, fluent in mandarin, can other dialect is preferred.
