Main Responsibilities
1. Manage all training initiatives and programs to ensure that new and existing employees have the skills to meet business needs.
2. Lead local Learning & Development Team to create and execute annual master training plan and run key internal training programs for Level 1 and above managers.
3. Follow Teleperformance Standards to manage training process.
4. Manage client’s training requirements to meet the deadline and criteria.
5. Develop local trainers to ensure the quality of training delivery.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years training and people development experience (training management experience in MNCs in preferred).
2. Excellent communication skill, convincing and persuasive.
3. Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment
4. Broad knowledge of diversified elements of training and management
5. Good conceptual thinker and ability to drive change
6. Fluency in Mandarin and English
