Position Description
Our client is a famous leading fashion company. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: Assistant CRM Manager (F&BP)
Report to: CRM Manager
Location: Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To assist CRM manager to achieve the CRM goal on customer relationship trend via communication planning & database management.
? Assist oversee CRM annual communication planning including mechanism design, sampling plan according to the marketing calendar.
? Responsible for specific product / channel CRM communication planning, execution, tracking analysis & sharing.
? Interactive with sales and training team to address the issue or opportunity so as to help improve counter CRM performance
? Oversee CRM routine / monthly report including delivery, analysis, sharing
? Assist oversee database process related project
? 3-category (skin care / make up / fragrance) annual plan assisting base on the product marketing calendar especially for execution plan, including campaign target setting, sample suggestion, result forecasting. Keep close tracking on each updates and provide the updated plan to relative stakeholder.
? Specific product (selected base on aligned strategy) or special channel campaign annual plan (both DM & MMS) in order to achieve either internal recruit objective or internal cross sell objective, including current status analysis, objective, execution plan, & achievement forecasting and monthly review /sharing.
? Campaign tracking result (1st week) snap shot sharing and complete campaign period result sharing including fact status and deep analysis in terms of segmentation, sampling, etc. and meanwhile help set up the campaign knowledge pool so as to help on the cross category or cross year analysis.
? Base on the analysis result, need to proactive and in a routine base to communicate with sales team and training team to interpreter the issue and point out the opportunity with proposal plan to help counters improve their customer relationship.
? Data-mining on CRM monthly routine reports including both the database structure and the counter CRM KPI execution status, providing the facts, the trends and actionable point to the related stakeholder.
? Working closely with CRM agency and internal team for database management projects, including optimizing customer profile completion process, data transfer process (including HK data).
REQUIREMENTS:
? 8-10-year or above working experience in marketing area
? Latest 5-year or above related with CRM (database/direct channel/digital) and working with brand is preferred
? Proactive, strong commitment
? Good communication & presentation skill
? Fluent in both mandarin and English
? No frequent traveling, based on request
