职位描述
Position: Senior Sales Manager, China
Report to: General Manager, Asia Pacific
Location: Shanghai
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Develop and implement annual sales target for China region, providing contribution to profits and continuing growth.
l Contribute in the access market strategy in relation with GM.
l Proactive in analyzing markets and pursuing sales opportunities in China. Able to formulate sales strategies independently.
l Monthly sales report and business status update
l Feedback to marketing department, market information in terms of product mix, competition, forecast trend.
l Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
l Visit key target accounts and potential customers including top management.
l Provide product and pricing information. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering, participates in required reporting processes
REQUIREMENTS:
l At least 5+ year's relevant working experience in a similar capacity for an international company.
l Overseas working and people management experience is preferred.
l Must be familiar with construction industry preferably in sales of metal roofing system or wall product; with field working experience; experience from relevant engineering design institutes is also welcome.
l Experience in building and managing an effective distributor/agent network.
l Good personality, high team work spirit, good communication skills to different levels. Self-motivated, integrity, result driven.
l Fluent English and willing to travel extensively.
