To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:





Position: Head of Product Market

Report to: Managing Director

Location: Shanghai





RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Develop and manage the strategic product marketing and business plan of full range products of our client; Determine and implement the product portfolio management; Plan and administer annual product market budget;

· Act as a coordinator to contact with HQ regularly to participate in the product development process, pricing management and logistics etc.;

· Inspire, lead and direct PMMs to achieve the profitable growth in PS, to maximize current business results and invest in clarity for future;

· Inspire, lead and direct ISMs to develop and optimize industry segment business to meet assigned target;

· Responsibility to customer services (regional technical support, after-sales service) in order to improve customer stratification;

· Initiate, develop and optimize IKA business strategy to meet assigned sales target;

· Design annual product training plan for internal and external;

· Maintain good relationship with relevant industry associations;

· Lead, administer and coach product market team with weekly meetings, monthly reports and quarterly business review etc;

· Responsible to administration management and HR recruitmenting of PM department.





REQUIREMENTS:


· The candidate should have completed an education degree in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology; MBA, commercial master degree or equivalent is preferred;

· Experiences: at least 10 years in sales &marketing management level experience; at least 10 years experience in team management; working experience oversea is desirable;

· Very strong social competence proven through existing personal/business nets; excellent interpersonal skill to convince and guide business relationship;

· Strong leadership and consensus building skills;

· Professional business experience in acquiring & serving customers (either domestic or international);

· Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer; Ability to explain complex and correlated topics;

· Fluent written and spoken English;

· Ability to communicate within the entire working system just in time;

· Command of standard office software;

· Frequently travel
