职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to implement the EHS management system and procedures, organize monthly EHS meeting.
2. Develop, prioritize and implement countermeasures to close EHS findings and mitigate EHS risks.
3. Collaborate with site operations to achieve the Key Performance Index.
4. Ensure the compliance with EHS regulatory requirements/permits in China. Maintain the trustful relationships with local authorities.
5. Collaborate with each department leaders in order to integrate safety responsibilities with standard work practices.
6. Responsible to develop, implement and monitor training programs to ensure that all required EHS training is well performed.
7. Responsible to implement and monitor factory waste, make sure the compliance treatment.
8. Implement the FRESENIUS behavior based safety program to engage employees and promote safe work practices.
9. Manage supplier for pest control, strictly implement the relative pest control procedure to make sure the health environment.
10.Implement site emergency response, make sure ERT member’s skills for any urgent incidents.
11.Maintain the effective incident reporting and investigation,metric reporting, self-assessment.
12.Be familiar with the business procedure of local authorities. (Safety Supervision, environmental protection agency,firefighting,etc.)
