职位描述

Position: Manager, Process Management
Report to: President, Greater China
Location: Shanghai

Business and Strategy Planning
- Support President and coordinate department heads to prepare annual operational plans, quarterly business plans and action plans. Working out KPls to measure performance.
- Design business planning work flows and templates for company and functional departments.
- Monitor plans implementation status and variances, rolling adjust quarterly plans, initiate improvement plans to fulfill yearly targets.
- Rolling forecast Long Range Plan, dealer network development plan, regional sales target plan.
- President presentations preparation.
- Business segments and regional markets' market share performance analysis.
- Working with consulting firm on strategic projects

Executive Assistant to President and Business Process Managment
- Assist President in all daily business activities
- Business Process management and improvement.
- Analyze business figures and status for President
- Coordinating with functional managers in planning, implementing and monitoring the projects to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- Assist the President in the high level / VIP visits internally & externally and other activities.
- Assist President to deal with the public relations, including the government and key clients
- Distribute information on behalf of President, handle confidential information, files, materials to ensure information security for proper use
- Other tasks assigned by President


REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA Degree or equivalent masters degree is preferred
- 5+ years commercial or management consulting working experience with MNC
- Experience in negotiations and customers relationship
- Strong presentation skills, strong process management and understanding
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both in written and spoken
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Independent to handle the job on timely manner
- Be patient, highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, customer service oriented, comprehensive and pleasant
