Headquartered in USA, our client is one of the world's largest specialty retailers with most recognized apparel brand in the world. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: Facilities Management Manager
Report to: Construction Director
Location: Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equipment performance improvement and maintenance, equipment trouble shooting.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery (final control) within working schedule
- Apply spare parts and control
- Cooperate in selection of machinery suppliers
- Establishing and maintain an efficient FM support system ensure the equipment performance.
- To draw up and control the cost of electricity etc. Manage the underling.
- To manage the account book of store equipment, responsible for store equipments daily check.
- To keep on good communication with the related governmental dept and equipment vendors.
- Complete other work by the higher-up delivery.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
- College graduate, or above.
- Major in Electrical or Mechanic Engineering
- Good communication, plan and organization skills and knowledge.
- Having the certificate of electrician.
- Minimum 5 years' related experience.
Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
