职位描述
Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and maintain financial process in order to provide appropriate levels of security over resources and operations. Includes the implementation of policies and procedures stated in HQ Accounting Manual.
To manage the accounting team and implement accounting daily activities.
To ensure internal and external financial reporting that can be proven by external and internal audit.
Support to prepare of the annual budget according to prescribed format and standards.
Ensure all financial transactions are allowable, and compliant to HQ and local legal conditions/security standards.
Monitor spending against approved budget and conduct continual reviews of program expenditures against annual budget.
Monthly financial analysis from various aspects.
Maintain security of database, including verification of data, closing, posting and reporting, as well as backing up and storing system data, in accordance with policy. Implement a security system of hard copies.
Any other tasks as requested by management.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree above in Finance, Accounting.
At least 3 years management experiences in Finance position, Share service center experiences is preferred
Task oriented, be a good time planner and willing to take pressure.
Excellent communication skills with written & spoken in Chinese and English
Be mature, independent, honest, trustworthy, integrity & teamwork;
SAP knowledge is must
