Position: Investment Manager - Private Equity Fund
Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Formulates investment strategies, policies and allocations of fund to maximize investment return
? Conducts due diligence, financial analysis & valuation on target companies
? Negotiates business terms of investment proposal
? Oversees the administration and management of private equity funds
? Manages relationship with investors and target companies
? Participates in various marketing programs and activities on fund raising
REQUIREMENT
? Bachelor Degree holder in Business-related disciplines
? At least 5 years' working experience in managing private equity funds
? Sound knowledge of private investment rules and regulations in the PRC
? Excellent written and spoken Chinese is a must and fluent English is essential
? Good interpersonal and presentation skills
? Aggressive with strategic thinking and good analytical mind
