职位描述

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Develop Transportation Industry strategy, focus on top 10 railway projects pursuit and key accounts to achieve sales target in Transportation Industry.
2.Collect application solutions and cases of rolling stock and signal in transportation segment. Propose new product development plan according to segment application situation.
3.Responsible for establishing and maintain a long-term strategic development cooperative relationship with Railway transportation ministry and Enhance Company brand with deep penetration in the segment.
4.In charge of daily communication with global segment managers to support international segment management
5.Visit related key segment customers regularly to get customer & competitor's information, typical product application cases, reference list and develop good relationship.
6.Develop a systematic approach and strategy to support key accounts, through regular visit customers, constantly explore more new accounts, and provide services to maximize sales.
7.Provide technical & Application support, conduct seminar, recommends solution to customers.
8.Support sales teams to provide suitable and competitive solution and application knowledge, give action suggestion against them.
9.Maintain a complete record of market trends, customer needs, industry regulations and competitor activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.University degree above in railway industry, especially railway signal system, automation control area or power distribution area.
2.At least10 years sales experiences in electric or components, apparatus production firm, tracking and operation in the above fields.
3.Have related background in one of railway industry. Excellent Application knowledge in railway signal system preferred.
4.Have capability and experiences in team management, key account development and team work spirit.
5.Task oriented a good planner.
6.Command of written and oral English, German is a plus.
7.Be mature, honest, and trustworthy.
8.Computer skill;
9.Willing to trip frequently, and strong ability to work under pressure
