Position Description
Our client is a leader in the global electronics industry. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: HR Section Manager - Recruiting
Report to: HR Manager
Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Establish and implement Recruiting Plan including existing recruitment channel evaluation and analysis, overall staffing plan and implementation, etc.
2.Implement and improve HR policies to meet business needs and staff satisfaction.
3.Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pool database.
4.Develop employee relation, and coordinate annual employee survey program.
5.To be responsible for updating personnel information and documents.
6.To be responsible for the expatriate management, such as the application of expatriate's work permit and visa, their apartment rental and foreign visitor's visa application.
7.Implement annual appraisal program.
8.Prepare related HR reports as required.
REQUIREMENT:
1.Bachelor degree in relevant fields with 6 years HR experience in multi-national company.
2.Possesses knowledge of the labor contract laws and regulations; Familiar with the HR procedure.
3.Proficiency in English both Oral and writing;
4.Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5.Positive attitude and able to take multi tasks, good communication skills and team spirit.
6.Result-oriented, pays attention to details, sensitive on confidentiality, in mature and professional manners.
