Position: Sr. Maintenance Engineer
Report to: Maintenance (Section) Manager
Location: Shanghai



RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Assembly equipments utilization/ down time management.
? Support production line for shipment plan.
? Technical knowledge (electrical and mechanical).
? Response for assembly technician's skill/ performance improvement.
? Solve equipment problem by line timely.
? Spare part control, monitor & cost reduction.
? Solve equipment problem timely for production.
? Meet spending budget.
? PM/Cal/ESD system check & review & update.
? Ensure and improve equipment stability & capability.
? Lead/ coordinate with other department for problem solving.
? Improve working efficiency by major/ repeat issue reduction.
? Manage vendor for equipment performance improvement.
? Ensure the max. UPH and min. down time on machine.
? Leader for team development.
? Maintenance methodology development.



REQUIREMENTS:

? University Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
? 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance of Electronic/ semi conducts industry.
? Read & Write English is needed. Technical knowledge; Maintenance knowledge.
? Strong technical management ability in relation to execution of preventive maintenance and equipment support.
