职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Has regional responsibility for the oversight, development and implementation of the strategy for subcontractors.
2.The individual will be responsible for overseeing a team that coordinates the day to day functional support and interactions with the subcontractors to ensure on time delivery, top quality, and functionality that meet the business needs.
3.In addition the manager will identifying cost savings initiatives, project management and implementation, contract negotiations, building relationships with all internal departments to manage business expectations and requirements.
4.Key initiatives include rationalizing the supplier base, securing approved contracts with key contractors, increase working capital through payment terms improvements, improving supplier quality performance.
5.Additionally, they will be tasked to work with the Site Sourcing Leaders in the region to support tactical needs.
6.Role is 70% strategic and 30% tactical. The role will dot report to Global Sourcing Director and Global Supply Chain Director.
7.Responsible for managing all spend of the sub contractor spend totaling approx XXX Million annually.
8.Lead and develop team to achieve World Class sub contractor performance.
9.Manage costs to provide year over year net savings of XX or more.
10.Meet Monthly and Annual reporting and metric requirements and provide further enhancement for improved analysis.
11.Manage and nurture subcontractor relationships.
12.Focus on quality, on time delivery, continual improvement and streamlining of processes.
13.Proactively communicate with top level CET leadership.
14.Liaison with other Division Functional Leaders.



REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
2.Bilingual in oral and written Mandarin and English.
3.Thorough knowledge of Intermediate/Advanced for Microsoft Office Application and Project Management programs, specifically Access and Excel.
4. Knowledge of SAP or equivalent MRP system.
5.Access experience is a plus.
6.Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing sourcing in Asia, leading a team, and developing and implementing cost savings initiatives.
7.Ability to lead, influence and drive change in a cross-functional team environment.
8.Strong analytical and technical skills.
9.Experience Liaisoning with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
10.Capability to generate an energizing vision for change, provide leadership and focus of strategic goals.
11.Professional oral, written communication and presentation skills.
12.30% to 50% travel.
