职位描述：
Archibat is looking for Project Manager for a Global Fashion group, position based in Beijing.

Overall Job Function:
- Manages, support and coordinates projects to ensure that time, quality and cost goals are achieved.
- Support the Construction Manager with budgets, negotiations, special projects and development of new solutions.
- In constant communication with other related departments.
- Act as a symbolic leader by being approachable and with a commercial mind-set.

Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects according to set schedule and provide progress-reports back to relevant departments.
- Closely follow site-progress; visit at least site once per week, if possible.
- Support Lease Manager with negotiation of the company's technical requirements with Landlords prior to signing of Lease Agreement and constant follow up prior to handover.
- Conduct site surveys & relay relevant site-specific information to Interior Responsible (IR) & Construction Manager.
- Initiate Tendering’s (General Contractors, Consultants etc.) Provide tender feedback & create necessary documentation.
- Manage set investment budget; Input forecast and update when needed.
- Create Back of House layout in CAD, according to the company’s requirements.
- Create and manage Project Binder; gather and file required documents both in paper and digital form
- Manage interior-orders for the projects, create delivery schedule and inform on any discrepancies found while comparing Layout to order-list.

Job Requirements, Skills and Abilities:
- Non prestigious work style with high integrity and trustworthy level.
- Background within construction & design is an asset to the position.
- Flexible to work in an office environment and to travel across our construction / retail locations when required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong own initiative and able to initiate action and actively identify new areas for learning and improvement.
- Target oriented, Time management, Organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and distribute to appropriate department or individual
-Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times when needed.

Languages:
English should be fluent both in reading and writing. Knowledge in local language is preferably / mandatory (depends on market)
