职位描述：
Product Engineer产品工程师

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Good communicate with customers and learn the requirement of customer about products and transform it to product definition and design input;
2. Leading to set project engineering plan, provide engineering and product input for financial department and purchasing department for quotation;
3. Participate in completing STO, structure, foam and plastic parts engineering and manufacturing feasibility analysis;
4. Create and maintain EBOM, DFMEA and CC/SC system;
5. Complete design examinations of electrical products independently, organize design review regularly, identify design issues, maintain and track the issues list;
6. Coordinate with Project Manager about customer and development team, make sure product design conform to the PLUS process;
7． Follow PLUS process, make full use of EPIC to do data and design change management. Ensure 2D and 3D drawing timely release;
8. Assist with prototype manufacturing, make the process review perfect, prepare and pass ESO;
9． Responsible for related tests(ED, DV, PV, CCC test, annual test), guarantee first pass-rates;
10．Finish 2 VA/VE projects at least a year;
11. Take part in analysing issues of products currently in production, solving the electrical problem in trial-manufacture and making solution;
12. Take responsible for both related BOS documents and TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standard requirement management. Make sure BOS documents run effectively and continued perfection of related process and application in BOS documents within department;

Qualification and Requirements:
1. Engineering bachelor degree or related majors;
2．More than 3 years work experience in automotive industry , can use UG NX, CATIA V5，
3. Automotive interiors design experience is preferential;
4. Metal part and plastic part design experience is preferential;
5．Familiar with Daimler or BBAC development procedure。
6．Good English skills in writing and Oral;
7．Familiar with Excel, PPT, Word；
