Job Description
Responsible for design, development, and execution of recruitment strategies across all lines of business that are best suited to meet business needs, achieve hiring goals and controls recruitment costs.
Responsibility:
? Responsible for the efficient and effective recruiting management including but not limited to sourcing, selection and offering and channel management.
? Understand, manage and exceed recruitment expectations, architect proactive talent pipelining strategies through creative sourcing practices, alignment to workforce diversity initiatives, social marketing plans, employment branding and networking.
? Deliver competitive intelligence and market insights to enable data-driven decision making.
? Support Talent Acquisition programs/initiatives implement, work closely with business leaders to develop and implement leading campus recruitment activity, internship programs and maintain college relationship.
? Cultivate workforce analytics and insights to predict anticipated hiring volumes, continuously improve the selection process and hiring.
? Capable of defining and reviewing recruitment related budget, policies and guidelines.
? Develop, drive, track and communicate all recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
? 5+ years of recruitment experience at least, with experience in searching firm is preferred;
? Hands-on and proven success sourcing, selecting and retaining the best talent at all levels/all functions
? Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment channels and strategies as well as demonstrated success with implementation
? Advanced knowledge of recruiting assessment tools and resources
? Internal Client focused skills and attributes
? The ability to interface professionally with all levels of people. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence client expectations
? Bi-lingual language skills mandatory (English and Mandarin)
? Detail / Results orientated
? Degree qualified in Human Resources or other related field. Bachelor Degree and above.
